Summer Schedule

Tuesday 8.15-9..15am / 9.30 -10.30 Pilates - All levels

A dynamic, strong and functional class that helps build core stability, strength, flexibility and balance through controlled movements and breath.

Wednesday 8.30-9.30am Yoga - All levels

Strong alignment principles and long holds with the support of props. This class aligns the architecture of the body with mind and spirit to build inner and outer strength and resilience.

Some level of fitness is beneficial but all are welcome.

Classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

Monthly Fridays Somatic Release & Restore 6-8pm

A deeply nourishing 2 hour class blending restorative yoga, gentle somatic movement, scent and sound to regulate your nervous system, replenish your resources and nourish your entire being.

Classes above are at Highcliffe Studio Polzeath.

Tuesday 6pm Yoga / Pilates in Treknow

This class blends elements of yoga and Pilates to build strength and resilience in a fun and energetic environment.
