A nourishing blend of dynamic movement and deep rest that helps to build strength, stability, flexibility and balance through breath led movement and deep rest.

Pilates Tuesday 8.15am - 9.15am All levels

A dynamic, strong and functional class that helps build core stability, strength, flexibility and balance through controlled movements and breath.

Some level of fitness is beneficial but all are welcome.

Classes are not suitable for pregnancy.
