You will be held you through a long weekend of deep nervous system regulation with strong & therapeutic practices including dynamic and gentle yoga, deep supported restorative yoga, meditation, pilgrimage to the sacred Hoywell caves, rituals, songs, sea swims and more.

All served in the lap of luxury on the Tresilian Estate near Newquay.
